As the CEO of Estacar Companies, I lead and develop entrepreneurs. I've had the privilege of coaching and facilitating accelerated growth for over 85 organizations over the last 21+ years. As an entrepreneur and coach, I am honored to lead a team of experienced professionals to provide executive coaching and professional services for highly motivated, growth-oriented organizations and individuals. I am originally from the DFW area and was raised in the family business and entrepreneurship. Having chosen Amarillo as my home for the last 20 years, I now own two businesses and am very passionate about our community and our future. I am married to Daniel Burns and have two amazing daughters Taea and Tylar.

HR Generalist with over 17 years of progressive HR knowledge and experience including benefits, compensation and payroll, staff and policy development, employee relations, technology and records management, and legal compliance. Strives to create and maintain an employee-focused culture that emphasizes quality products and service, continuous improvement, and high performance throughout the organization. She brings this wealth of experience and focused motivation to her work with Estacar Companies.
She received her bachelor’s degree from West Texas A&M University in Business Administration and Management. She has received her certification for SPHR in 2010, and SHRM-SCP in 2015.
SERVICE, COMMUNITY & ACKNOWLEDGMENTS: Professional member - SHRM 2008 - Present, Board member Panhandle Human Resources Association, 2018-Present. Proud owner of 2 rescue dogs. Served as a billet parent for Amarillo Bulls Hockey, 2010-2012.
Sarah Walter came to Estacar after over a decade of experience in payroll and bookkeeping services. These include multi-site billing and accounting oversight for rehab facilities, construction, and multi-state payroll execution as a Payroll Specialist responsible for processing over 60 payrolls. She is especially gifted in organizing and setting up different processes and training on those processes to create maximum efficiency.
When she isn’t working, you can find Sarah doing the things that she loves most: hanging out with her husband and little boy Winston or shopping. She also enjoys Saturday naps with her Bengal cat!
SHAWN ROBINSON, MBA
CFO, SENIOR ADVISORY EXECUTIVE
Shawn has over 24 years’ experience as an operations and finance executive having served in various roles such as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Trust Operations, Certified Financial Manager, and Senior Marketing and Business Analyst. His diverse experiences expand across multiple industries including safety services, manufacturing, fuel services, wholesale, transportation, construction, insurance, banking, and financial services. Shawn flexes his professional skills through all aspects of financial analysis and strategic initiatives, and champions customer-centric operational management that enhances business growth increases revenues and drives profitability.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He anticipates the completion of his Certified Managerial Accountant (CMA) designation sometime in 2018. Shawn, his wife, and their two children live in Amarillo, Texas.
KARLA CUELLAR, MBA
ADVISORY EXECUTIVE, ACCOUNTING & COMMUNICATIONS
Karla is bilingual with 3+ years of experience in business, with an accounting focus. She received her bachelor's in accounting. She just graduated from West Texas A&M Univerity obtaining her MBA in Marketing. She has worked for the past 3 years as an accounting analyst in the insurance industry. She has participated in an external audit of large companies and has served as an intern for Ernst & Young. She serves the clients of Estacar with her tenacity, creativity, and dedication.
She has served as a volunteer as a Catechism Kid teacher in 2018.
MILES FORRESTER, BBA, CPA
ADVISORY EXECUTIVE, ACCOUNTING & FINANCE
Miles is a native of Amarillo who graduated from Amarillo Hight School and received a BBA degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. Licensed as both a Certified Public Accountant and a Real Estate Broker by the state of Texas
Miles professional experience has included:
commercial real estate management, accounting and leasing
residential real estate brokerage and leasing
hotel industry accounting and financial management
accounting and financial management of entities with multiple components
Past Board of Directors member of both Center City of Amarillo and Another Chance House. Miles enjoys running, following college football and, along with his two older brothers, operation and management of their farm and ranch property in Oldham County, TX. While a student at Texas A&M was in the Corps of Cadets and a member of the Ross Volunteer Company and still actively support both organizations. Miles is involved in Twelve Step recovery programs and passionate about assisting those who deal with addictions that have negative consequences in their lives to overcome them.
Miles is the father of a son, Curt, and two daughters, Blaire and Currie.
Ryley is currently an Accounting student at West Texas A&M University. He has worked in customer service in the coffee industry for the past 10 years. He has traveled across Texas and New Mexico competing in coffee competitions. His job included training 30+ employees, while also developing several Training programs for the company. He has developed a deep passion for local businesses and strives to always be apart of the community of Amarillo. He serves the clients of Estacar with his adamant attention to detail, passion for business and excitement for growth.
He has competed and qualified for several regional competitions for the USTA men’s tennis league. He has also spent time volunteering on several mission trips in Detroit, Dallas, New Mexico and many places here in the Panhandle.
SENIOR ADVISORY EXECUTIVE
Keeley joins the team with over 10 years of accounting experience, including knowledge in accounts receivables and payables, reconciliations, financial statements, preparing and maintaining budgets, expense reporting, collections, and team management. She is extremely organized and always looks for ways to be more efficient to drive productivity and profitability. Her positivity and knowledge are valuable assets to the team. She loves a challenge or project and is always willing to help any of her colleagues.
She received her bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University in Agricultural Business with a concentration in Wine Business and a Forestry Minor. Keeley volunteers with the Hope and Healing Place and has been the Chairman of the Hope and Healing Place Half Marathon and Relay from 2020-22.
When she isn’t working, she loves spending time with her husband, stepdaughter, friends, and dog. The summer and outdoor activities such as running, golfing, and pool or patio time are her favorite. Keeley also enjoys traveling to new places.
JAMES SWARTZ, BBA
TAC ASSISTANT MANAGER, IMPLEMENTATION OFFICER
James is a 2020 West Texas A&M University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He believes that the secret to business is hard work, a strong work ethic, and surrounding yourself with a great team. In addition to his degree, James has also served in leadership roles for numerous charitable organizations. He serves the clients of Estacar using his love for learning and passion for creating a great workplace.
In his off time, James likes to enjoy craft beer, the outdoors, and spending time with friends and loved ones.
